Bedok Corner Hokkien Prawn Mee

Today was my first time at Bedok Corner Food Centre, I didn't even know that there was a hawker centre in this part of the island. I was being recommended to check out this Hokkien Mee stall called Bedok Corner Hokkien Prawn Mee. When I was there, I joined the queue and ordered a plate of Hokkien Prawn Mee for S$4.00. The cook fried the Hokkien Mee with lots of seafood stock and it was well-abosrbed by the noodle. I find that the Hokkien Mee can be tastier if the stock is thicker and more flavourful. Lard is also missing in this dish. If you like your Hokkien Mee wet, you will definitely enjoy this. Overall, I find that this Hokkien Mee is pretty good and you can check out this place if you happen to pass by the area.

Kim's Place Seafood Cuisine

I was at Ubi area today so I decided to have my lunch in this coffeeshop at Block 3014. When I was there, I noticed this stall called Kim's Place Seafood Cuisine. I recalled that they serve pretty good Hokkien Mee. I ordered a large plate of Hokkien Mee for S$6.00. The portion was enough for 2 small eaters but I think it's a little too much for me. Their Hokkien Mee is tasty and the noodles are wet as they have absorbed the essence of the seafood stock. The ingredients are fresh and the chilli sauce that goes with the Hokkien Mee is superb. It has a sourish taste and it's a little spicy to add more flavour to the dish. It's worth giving it a try.

Come Daily Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee

I haven't got to eat from my favourite Fried Hokkien Mee stall, Come Daily Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee, since they changed their operating hours. Today, my craving is finally satisfied as I made a trip to Toa Payoh in the afternoon. This stall is very popular and it has won numerous awards for the cook's fine culinery skills. I ordered a plate of Hokkien Mee for S$8.00 and this portion is enough for 2-3 persons. The Hokkien Mee is awesome! The noodles and bee hoon has absorbed the goodness of the broth. The lard that was added into the Hokkien Mee makes it very fragrant and the small cubes of lard is so crispy that it just explodes in your mouth. This is definitely one thing worth you forgetting about being health conscious for a moment. You can also find ingredients like prawns, sotong, bean sprouts and eggs. Overall, the  This is one Hokkien Mee not to be missed. Every mouthful is a conviction that the cook has perfected the skills of frying his Hokkien Mee. Thumbs up!

Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee

I was at Golden Mile Food Centre for dinner today. I was walking around looking for good food and I decided to check out this stall called Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee. I ordered a plate of Fried Hokkien Mee for S$3.00. The Hokkien Mee was tasty and had ingredients like sotong, prawns, bean sprouts and eggs. If you like your noodles spicy with a tinge of sweetness, the chilli will go well with the noodles. If you are around the area, you can check out this stall.

Chia Keng Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle

This Chia Keng Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle is one of my favourite stalls at Chomp Chomp Food Centre. The Hokkien Mee is very tasty, the noodles have absorbed the natural goodness from the stock. The ratio between the noodle and bee hoon is just right. The hokkien mee brings out the rich flavour and goodness from the stock and it was served with fresh ingredients lke prawns, sotong, sliced pork belly, bean sprouts and eggs. The belacan chilli is also spicy and goes very well with the Hokkien Mee. If you are looking for a tasty and nice plate of Hokkien Mee, this is one stall you must try.
