Loh Duck Koay Chap
I was at Air Hitam area for breakfast looking for a coffeeshop called Kopi Wah Weng. Heard that this coffeeshop serves alot of good food. Duck Kway Chap is also a popular dish in Penang. I ordered a bowl of Duck Kway Chap and that cost RM4.00. The texture of the "Kway" is very smooth and silky. The soup is superb and has rich flavour of the stewed duck. The ingredients consists of the duck liver, sliced duck meat and duck intestines garnished with fried spring onions. This is one dish you must definitely try if you are at Air Hitam area.
