Shenton Way Power Stall

I was at Ayer Rajah Food Centre for dinner today. As usual, I would order from this stall called Shenton Way Power Stall. If you are at the stall, you can see awards like Makansutra being displayed. I ordered a plate of Bee Hoon Goreng with Chicken instead of the usual mutton this time as I'm sharing it with my wife who dislikes mutton. The Bee Hoon Goreng was delicious and very tasty, not bland nor too salty. The chunks of chicken that was added into the Bee Hoon Goreng adds more flavour and taste to the dish. This is definitely one of the better ones I have tasted. You must try it yourself to believe.

Subhani Family Stall (Shenton Way Mee Goreng)

Whenever I thought of having a plate of Fried Mee Goreng, I would think of this stall at Clementi Avenue 2 called Subhani Family Stall and so there I was to have my Fried Bee Hoon Goreng. The Fried Bee Hoon Goreng was delicious, the Bee Hoon was tasty and has a rich flavour of the minced mutton that is well marinated. They have added the right proportion of the tomato ketchup and soya sauce making it taste just right, not too sweet nor salty. You can find ingredients like onions, diced potatoes, cabbage, vegetables, tomatoes and eggs as well as cucumber as a side covered with tomato sauce. The Bee Hoon is slightly charred making it very fragrant. This is definitely one of the better ones I have tasted. Yummy!

Ajmeer Stall (Mee Goreng)

I was at Seah Im Food Centre for dinner looking for good food. I decided to order Kway Teow Goreng Ikan Bilis and Bee Hoon Goreng Ikan Bilis at this Ajmeer Stall. They have been around for more than 10 years at this Food Centre. The Kway Teow Goreng is tasty and consists of ingredients like Ikan bilis, onions, vegetables, bean sprouts and eggs. The Ikan bilis is crispy and goes well with the kway teow. The Bee Hoon goreng is also very delicious and not too salty. This is one of the best Kway Teow and Bee Hoon Goreng I have ever tasted. If you are around the area, you must check out this stall.
