Restoran Yin Huat

I was heading back to Singapore from Penang. I decided to check out this Tze Char restaurant for dinner called Restoran Yin Huat located in Seremban. I noticed that this place is very popular with the locals. The special items in the menu varies on different days. I ordered the Sweet Potato Leaves, Steamed Chicken with Ginger, Oyster Omelette, Minced Meat Tofu, Hokkien Mee, Hokkien Mee with Bee Hoon. The Sweet Potato Leaves are very fresh and crunchy. The Steamed Chicken is tender and goes very well with the ginger sauce that makes the chicken very fragrant. For the oyster omelette, they used small baby oysters which are very fresh and tasty. For the Minced Meat Tofu, the tofu is silky and smooth. They added some chinese wine and fry it with the minced meat and tofu to add more flavour to the dish. As for the last 2 dishes namely the Hokkien Mee and Hokkien Mee with Bee Hoon, they consist of ingredients like vegetables, sliced pork, prawns, sotong, fish cake and cubes of fried lard. These 2 dishes was simply delicious and makes you craving for more. This is a dish you must definitely order if you happen to check out this place.
