Ngoh Hiang

I was having porridge at Kafe Kheng Pin and I noticed that every table had a plate of Ngoh Hiang. There is no signboard at the stall. The stall owner was busy frying and his wife was taking orders. I decided to order a plate of Lor Bak, Fish Fritters, Prawn Fritters and Fried Beancurd. The ingredients used were fresh and fried on the spot when you place your order. The Loh Bak is nice and juicy on the inside and the beancurd skin is crispy on the outside. As for the Fish Fritter, you can taste the wholesome goodness of the fish meat coated with crispy batter on the outside. As for the Prawn Fritters, the prawn is tasty and the thickness of the batter is thin making it very crispy. This is one of the best Ngoh Hiang I have ever tasted. It's freshly fried on the spot and definitely not to be missed.
