Ming Chung Restaurant
My wife had craving for Xing Hua Bee Hoon today and I decided to bring her to Ming Chung Restaurant that serves Xing Hua Food. It is located at Maude Road. You can find many awards by the various variety shows at the restaurant. Here's what we ordered:
- Xing Hua Bee Hoon
The bee hoon is tasty and fragrant especially with the fried spring onions that was added into the bee hoon. You can find ingredients like prawns, sotong, vegetables, sliced lor bak and bean sprouts. I think that the bee hoon will taste even better if they have added clams and dried shrimps. This will add more flavour to the dish.
- Deep Fried Batang Fish
The fish is tasty and wholesome. I find that the fish is sliced a little too thick. It will be crispier if sliced thinner.
Overall, I find that the dishes are pretty good but can be better.
