Anthony Fish Ball

If you travel around in Malaysia and happen to be in Yong Peng, there is a popular Fishball Noodle shop called, "Anthony Fish Ball". It is well known for its Fishball Noodles. The fishballs are made from Bebola "Ikan" which is a malay word for fish. They use egg noodles garnished with lots of fried spring onions to make it fragrant. The fishball is fresh and has a bouncy texture. Apart from fishballs, there are also tau pok and tau kua. You can stop by this place for a break before you head down to other parts of Malaysia.
