When it comes to Yong Tau Foo, Hakka Yong Tau Foo is my favourite. Instead of  fish paste fillings, you will usually find meat fillings in Hakka Yong Tau Fu. There is a stall located at North Bridge Road Market and Food Centre called Lao Huang Hakka Niang Tou Foo that serves pretty good Hakka Yong Tau Foo. I love the deep fried items such as the bean curd, meat ball and ngoh hiang. If you like your Yong Tau Foo with noodles, you must order their Minced Meat Noodles to go along. The minced meat is very fragrant because they fried the minced meat with fried onions. The texture and the doneness of the noodles is just nice and springy too.
