Die Die Must Try ListNgoh Hiang I was having porridge at Kafe Kheng Pin and I noticed that every table had a plate of Ngoh Hiang. There is no signboard at the stall. The stall owner was busy frying and his wife was taking orders. I decided to order a plate of Lor Bak, Fish Fritters, Prawn Fritters and Fried Beancurd. The ingredients used were fresh and fried on the spot when you place your order. The Loh Bak is nice and juicy on the inside and the beancurd skin is crispy on the outside. As for the Fish Fritter, you can taste the wholesome goodness of the fish meat coated with crispy batter on the outside. As for the Prawn Fritters, the prawn is tasty and the thickness of the batter is thin making it very crispy. This is one of the best Ngoh Hiang I have ever tasted. It's freshly fried on the spot and definitely not to be missed.

Ngoh Hiang Kafe Kheng Pin 80 Jalan Penang Georgetown, 10000 George Town, Penang Sungai Tiram Fried Belacan Chicken and Belacan BeancurdI was at Sungai Tiram area looking for good food. I happened to chance upon this coffeeshop called Kedai Kopi Leong Huat Seng. I noticed that there was this stall selling Fried Belacan Chicken and Belacan Beancurd. I ordered 2 pieces of Fried Belacan chicken and a plate of Fried Belacan Beancurd. The Fried Belacan Chicken was delicious and very tasty. The chicken was nicely marinated and tasted a little like prawn paste chicken but this was even better. The chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and very tasty and juicy on the inside. I was extremely impressed by the Fried Belacan Beancurd, it was cripsy on the outside and soft on the inside but the strange thing is that it is very tasty and does not taste bland like the normal fried beancurd. This is the best fried beancurd I have ever tasted. You must definitely check out this stall.
